Climate change has already destroyed the lives of people and for that, authorities recommend to mitigate & adapt. If the treaty succeeds, livelihood will naturally be threatened too year after year since the projection is up to 2020 or to 2050 but there is no guaranty or assurance of environment recovery. The delusion of reducing GHG emissions wanders on the inductive theory of controlling pollution from transportation & industries but does not stay reasonably close to nature upon which the O2 regeneration & replenishment of the author’s antithesis deductively found its postulates vogue, empirically derived, defined & supported. This is simply because no GHG reduction can stop the ultraviolet sun rays without repairing the O3 layer. It cannot stop the heavy precipitation & the rising sea levels without bringing water vapor to the Antarctic & Arctic to rebuild the glaciers & ice caps. It cannot make natural gases of nature (N2, O2, water vapor) work without restoring the desertified soils to fertility. In contrast, the long-ignored Philippine technology attacks directly the problem by curing than preventing. It will employ massive organic matter cycling. One cognizable feature is its richness in chlorophyll production with abundant carbohydrates and hence, it has a higher level of O2 production (via photosynthesis & chemosynthesis).
A diversified action of reconstruction & rejuvenation in the environment begins simultaneously in land, air & water, ferreting out the hidden curing capabilities & therapeutic wonders of what nature can do & help in return. It orients people to the reality of nature which will release & reduce their tension & fear for the Philippine technology will play an important part in restructuring ecology. It can similarly perform the function of plants & trees, utilizing N2 & CO2 thru absorption (particularly the displaced CO2, representing the excess 50 ppm of the 350 ppm as food material). It can physically capture pure carbon and can physiologically absorb CO2 in quadrillion metric tons per hectare a day and, in turn, O2 will be released equivalent to the amount of CO2 absorbed. It can eliminate wastes (like urban, agricultural & animal, among others), rehabilitate wastelands to fertility (to be planted thereafter) and cure the environment. Revitalizing soil, agriculture & forestry could then help earth to recover & make living better. The world could now gauge & decide that, if agriculture & forestry have not been abandoned & neglected respectively, global warming & climate change will not be experienced.
Based on the foregoing, UN & its scientists committed an elementary fallacy in our basic sciences before reaching their conclusions. UNEP, the master creator of carbon emission reduction theory which laid its foundations & guided the course of its development, is the weakest link in the entire UN organization. They were not concentrating on curing the environment but rather suppressing life. Instead of UNEP being blamed from negligence & imprudence due to non-disclosure of land desertification as root of warming, they directed the blame on transportation & industries. For 12 long years, the treaty never acquired 100% consent from its members when economy was always the primary reason & defense. As the treaty was stalled, the world suffered the effects of warming & climate change. Although there is a plan to revise the treaty, yet the concept remains preserved. Isn’t it proper for UN to know what is right when the author has proven them wrong? Why push & lead the world to the wrong path made by fools over the right road towards the order of nature? Now UN has become dictatorial & authoritative, contrary to its charter (as God’s commandments since UN was established) and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. God will not allow anyone to take a stand inconsistent with that of His entrusted laws & the order of nature, particularly the well-settled scientific laws. However, most repliers of the author are unaware of these false sciences. They believed that the treaty is politically motivated, giving some thoughts of economic competition to worse, sabotage. Without proof of such, the false science will make the treaty unenforceable. Following the international law (i.e., lex celebrationis), this is a good reason & ground to invalidate the carbon emission reduction in the making of the treaty.
