A project by Mogh (Ltd) and Polly and Me, GupShup was an international art exhibit held in 2008 that generated a life changing amount of Rs 4.2 million, over Rs 3 million in profits, for the 22 women who contributed their embroidered pieces. The embroideries were narrations of the women’s sheltered lives and aspirations that changed dramatically with the money they made from the exhibit. Staying within the constraints of Chitral’s highly conservative, male dominant society, this group of ladies invested their own money to open a small shopping center for women. This center changed the social lives of the women in their area, becoming a venue for them to meet and indulge in the lighthearted activities that make women, women. In the future, the entrepreneurial ladies plan to function as wholesalers and encourage the women of their region to run similar stores and begin their own line of trade. Check out the link.
References :
http://merapassionpakistan.com/english/lets-talk-shop/

Wow, I had to take a minute to digest all of this. All I can say is that now that you are a US citizen it is your chance to to help the president do his job. One hand wash the other.

I think you should just take a minute and just enjoy the fact the the US gave you citizenship. Ranting and raving and sending up your blood pressure will not fix the issues that are going on. You must understand that Mr. Obama gained a nation that was already in trouble. I am not making excuses for Mr. Obama or anyone, but Rome was not built in a day so America's issues will not fix in a day. This nation belongs to us and we need to work together as a collective group to ensure our future and stop pointing fingers. One man cannot build the city by himself it will take all of us to build the city.
References :
Urban tends to be more factory, at least it did a while back, now more service and more financial.
Rural is almost always farming of some sort.
The farming is harder physically.
References :
I suspect the timer control on fan at fault.
Try disconnecting it at fan, does light work now?
If so replace it.
If not get a lecky in with a meter to test wiring.
References :
Lecky

Just seen your 1st question, water is in fan shorting timer board, get it replaced, look at outside grille, can rain water get in?
If so get a gravity grille with flaps that open when fan is running.

Your fan unit has 2 live wires going in, One is a switched live, from the switch which turns the unit on and off, the second is a permanent live wire, which makes the fan run on via a timer after you turn the light of . I suspect your timer/board in the unit is faulty, you will not be able to repair this yourself, take it to a local appliance repair shop if you can. The timer in the unit is adjustable, sounds like it needs to run longer. There should be a small button in there somewhere with + and - , turn it into the + direction and it will nun longer ( 20 min should do it. This will resolve your condensation problem.)
References :
sparks

Im from USA and I guess your in UK but I never heard of yellow wires in a switch box but anyway you need to find or explain how the fan stayed on 5 min after the switch is off you must locate the device that use to do that and how it is wired before anybody could go further
References :
I dont know what your teacher wants you to do, but know the difference between rhetorical devices and literary devices. Rhetorical devices are like diction, imagery, and syntax. Literary devices are things like similes, metaphors, etc.

Thesis statement should have the devices, effect, and author's purpose. Simply stating what the author uses is boring, and it's vague. Your thesis should tell the reader what those devices do. (Effects of imagery include arousing emotion, describing, illustrating an abstraction, etc.) Personally, I dislike the one-sentence thesis, because it limits the degree of style you can put into your writing.

In your first body paragraph, be sure to quote what is actually important. Since you are talking about descriptive words, those descriptive words should be in quotes, preferably integrated into your analysis. Also, try not to use evidence in the topic sentence of your paragraphs. If you do that, then you are promising to ONLY talk about those bits of evidence in your entire paragraph. Your paragraph is talking about WORDS, and only WORDS, so dont quote sentences. Only talk about the individual words, and how they contribute to the author's purpose. Dont summarize.

The second body paragraph has some issues as well. You have a stand-alone quote that is neither integrated into your analysis nor an example of the rhetorical device you are discussing. Once again, you are talking about rhetorical questions. Please stick to that.

Overall, your writing could be much more concise. I'm being honest...there's a lot of work to be done here.
References :
If we compare our lives today with our lives in the 1950's or 1960's, we were much more happier and relaxed back then. In that era, we used to go fishing, pearl diving, and my friends and I used to spend the whole day sometimes out at sea. We made good profit and did not go through any hardships to make a living.

The media enjoyed the most during that time was the radio. We would sit together and listen to talk shows and afterwards discuss it among ourselves. “I hardly can remember the radio shows, its been a long time.” Al-Hamely stated. The relationships were stronger and smallest things brought the whole community together. “If any of us caught a big fish, we would create an uproar that would attract other people and give us applause for our hard work,” he said.

We used to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner together. Sometimes men would cook and serve to others and sometimes we would get it from other people living in our compound. Today, we barely get to see our children because of the attention of the media.

We used to eat the simplest food such as dates, rice, water and a normal curry. We got dates imported from Al-Basra in Iraq and other provisions from other Arab countries. Our life was simple and much more humbler compared to some youth today.

We were the happiest people I would say at that time. We used to enjoy each moment and would openly thank God for his favor upon us.

However, when oil was discovered, our lifestyle began to change. We got richer and television began to spread. Regardless, not many people spent their time watching TV or listening to the radio anymore, we gave more importance to making our lives better and improving our kinship
